Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device and a method for preparing a fluorine-based glass optical fiber preform cladding hollow tube. In the device, gas pressure is reduced in a closed crucible environment, and a constant rotation rate is supplemented, so that gas dissolved in molten glass can be effectively removed, and the fluorine-based glass preform cladding hollow tube which is free of bubbles, high in uniformity and high in interface quality is automatically/semi-automatically prepared. The method is short in preparation period and is expected to be applied to preparation of the fluorine-based optical fiber preform with a high-quality core cladding structure.
