Thermal management system, control method thereof and vehicle

The invention discloses a heat management system and a control method thereof and a vehicle with the heat management system.The heat management system comprises one or more heat exchange loops, each heat exchange loop comprises a heat pump device, a heat absorption heat exchanger and a heat supply heat exchanger which are sequentially connected in series, and when the multiple heat exchange loops are arranged, the multiple heat exchange loops share the heat pump device; the heat absorption heat exchanger comprises at least one of an in-vehicle heat exchanger and a battery pack heat exchanger, and the heat exchange loop is used for achieving in-vehicle heating or battery pack heating. The valve assembly is used for realizing connection and disconnection of each heat exchange loop; when the heat absorption heat exchanger is an in-vehicle heat exchanger, the heat supply heat exchanger comprises at least one of a battery pack heat exchanger, an out-vehicle heat exchanger and a motor electric control assembly heat
