The first water level sensor and the second water level sensor are arranged on the two sides of the filter screen mechanism correspondingly, the filter screen mechanism is rotationally connected with the sweeping and collecting mechanism, a collecting funnel is arranged in the sweeping and collecting mechanism and slidably connected with the filter screen mechanism, and the collecting funnel is connected with the suction and separation mechanism through a pipeline.
