Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for realizing antenna adjustment by adopting a two-stage mode based on MDT data, which comprises the following steps of: forming a grid characteristic wide table for a user cell based on the MDT data, planning an optimal grid layout for the grid characteristic wide table by utilizing a planning algorithm, and calculating optimal adjustment vector parameters of all antennas; and outputting the azimuth angle and the downward inclination angle of the antenna after adjustment and optimization through an adjustment calculation formula in combination with the basic work parameters of the antenna and the obtained optimal adjustment vector parameters of the antenna so as to realize adjustment of the antenna.
