Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a security authentication method, device and system for joint modeling. The method comprises the following steps: generating and issuing a public parameter PK and a file hash function H; generating a private key SK for each node participating in joint modeling according to the public parameter PK and the file hash function H, and sending the private key SK and the global model to the corresponding node through a secure channel; receiving a gradient signature of each node, wherein the gradient signature is obtained by signing gradient data obtained by training the global model by the node according to a private key SK of the node, the public parameter PK and a file hash function H; determining whether the gradient signature of each node is valid; and if all the gradient signatures are valid, aggregating the gradient signatures to obtain an aggregated signature, and sending the aggregated signature to each node.
