The method comprises the following steps: step 1, constructing a constellation link equivalent selection model; step 2, constructing a giant constellation interference equivalent calculation model; and step 3, performing giant constellation interference equivalent calculation. Aiming at the algorithm complexity optimization problem in constellation interference calculation, the invention provides an interference calculation equivalent method oriented to giant constellations, in the aspect of link selection, a constellation link selection equivalent model is established by utilizing satellite space distribution characteristics in a field of view of a ground station, and the calculated amount of link selection is reduced.
