The method comprises the steps of obtaining a target number of member rights and interests; establishing a right resource pool based on the target number of member rights; according to the target number, initializing an available right number of the right resource pool; and under the condition that the available rights and interests of the rights and interests resource pool are greater than a preset threshold value, issuing the member rights and interests to the user side for use. Therefore, the member rights and interests can be stored in the rights and interests resource pool in a centralized manner, so that the member rights and interests can be flexibly allocated to the user side for use according to requirements, the situation that the member rights and interests are wasted is avoided, the purchase cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the user experience is improved.
