Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a device and a method for finely measuring a deformation field of a composite propeller blade. The device comprises a height-adjustable horizontal measurement and control table, a horizontal plate, a paddle loading point fixing device, a plurality of length-adjustable displacement calibration probes, an electronic vernier caliper, a base device and the like. According to the measurement method provided by the invention, the blade deformation field of the composite material propeller is measured finely, and the tiny deformation amplitude of the composite material propeller can be measured accurately, stably, efficiently and at low cost, so that accurate test data support is provided for simulation calculation; and the method is suitable for deformation measurement of composite propellers with different models and different scales.
