Zusammenfassung:The invention provides preparation of a novel high-strength carrier and application of the novel high-strength carrier to immobilized enzyme. The carrier is macroporous resin containing amino functional groups, which is obtained by carrying out suspension free radical copolymerization on a functional monomer containing double bonds and cyano groups and a cross-linking agent containing two or more than two double bonds in the presence of a pore-foaming agent and then carrying out functionalization reaction on the obtained cross-linked polymer. The resin used as an immobilized enzyme carrier has the advantages of high enzyme-carrying activity, high mechanical strength, good storage stability and the like. 本发明提供了一种新型高强度载体的制备及其在固定化酶上的应用。此类载体是由含双键和氰基的功能单体、含两个或两个以上双键的交联剂在致孔剂的存在下进行悬浮自由基共聚合,所得到的交联聚合物再经过功能基化反应,得到含有氨基功能基的大孔树脂。该树脂用作固定化酶载体具有载酶活力高、机械强度高和储存稳定性好等优点。
