Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a biological control agent for winter jujube spot disease and a preparation method and application thereof. The biological control agent is prepared from biochemical fulvic acid, chelated biochemical calcium fulvate, trichoderma suspension, penicillium suspension, bacillus subtilis suspension, vitamin C, sophorolipid and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. According to the biological control agent prepared by the invention, on one hand, the disease prevention capability is realized and improved by utilizing synergistic interaction of multiple strains; on the other hand, beneficial microorganisms and biochemical fulvic acid adopted have the effects of activating soil nutrition, enhancing water retention, resisting drought and improving the fertilizer utilization rate, the effects of enhancing the growth vigor of young leaves of fruit trees and inducing and improving the disease resistance of the fruit trees, and the antagonistic control effect of biocontrol bacteria on winter jujube spot pa
