Zusammenfassung: | Inside the electrode slurry, on one hand, a primary aggregate (40) that does not aggregate with other catalyst carriers (CS) is formed by adsorbing ionomers (I O) around the catalyst carriers (CS), and on the other hand, a secondary aggregate (42) is formed by aggregating the catalyst carriers (CS) with each other. A measurement system (10) detects an index relating to the amount of primary aggregate (40) and the amount of secondary aggregate (42) in an electrode slurry during implementation of a non-defective product determination method for the electrode slurry. The information processing device (30) estimates the state of the primary aggregate (40) and the secondary aggregate (42) in the electrode slurry on the basis of the detected index, and determines the electrode slurry as a good product if the primary aggregate (40) is contained more than the secondary aggregate (42).
