Binder and application thereof

The invention provides a binder which is a polymer and is formed by polymerizing at least the following components: (a) at least one flexible monomer; (b) at least one rigid monomer comprising the following components: (b1) an olefin having a rigid group, and/or (b2) a polymeric monomer having a strong polar group; and (c) at least one hydrophilic group-containing monomer.
