The invention provides a manufacturing method of a protection plate structure for a vehicle-mounted circuit board, and the method comprises the steps: providing a substrate which comprises a first elastic layer and a copper foil layer disposed on the first elastic layer; etching the copper foil layer to form a conductive circuit layer to obtain a protective substrate; punching the protective substrate so as to form a through hole in the protective substrate and form a first micro-connection structure in the first elastic layer; and forming a nickel sheet on the surface, far away from the first elastic layer, of the circuit board, and electrically connecting the nickel sheet with the conductive circuit layer to obtain the protection plate structure. The protection plate structure disclosed by the invention is relatively long in service life and relatively high in reliability.
