Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of H01B1/16, in particular to PERC crystalline silicon solar back silver paste and a preparation method thereof.The PERC crystalline silicon solar back silver paste is composed of a silver powder paste combination, mixed metal oxide paste and inorganic additive paste, the silver powder paste combination comprises silver powder paste with D50 being 50 nm to 1 mu m, and by optimizing the formula of the back silver paste, the mixed metal oxide paste can be mixed with the inorganic additive paste; the silver content of the back electrode silver paste for the PERC crystalline silicon solar cell is effectively reduced to 48-52% (weight percentage), and the photoelectric conversion efficiency and the welding performance of the cell are ensured while the material cost of the cell is reduced.
