According to the method, the historical fluctuation factor and the fluctuation threshold value are determined offline according to the historical time sequence data, the fault identification window is determined according to the real-time time sequence data, the historical fluctuation factor and the fluctuation threshold value in the real-time fault identification process, and then the fault
