Zusammenfassung:A reflecting mirror device with contact force capable of being measured, regulated and controlled in real time comprises a base, a plurality of asymmetric polygon groups which are installed on the base and used for controlling three-axis deflection of a mirror surface, driving piezoelectric ceramics of the asymmetric polygon groups, hemispherical friction pairs connected with the upper ends of the asymmetric polygons, and concave surface rolling grooves formed in the upper portions of the hemispherical friction pairs. The supporting beams are connected with the concave rolling grooves respectively, the reflector supporting platforms are arranged on the supporting beams, the reflectors are arranged on the reflector supporting platforms, the reflectors are connected with the reflector supporting platforms and the central flexible hinge through the bolts, and the central flexible hinge and the base are connected through the limiting columns.
