Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of collagen casing detection, solves the technical problems of obvious errors and low accuracy in calculation of the elongation at break of a collagen casing in the prior art, and particularly relates to a method for calculating the elongation at break of the collagen casing at a low temperature. The method comprises the following steps: S1, building a detection platform for slowly stretching the collagen casing in the axial direction and recording stretching data; and S2, synchronously scanning the collagen casing in the continuous stretching deformation state by using an eddy current probe to obtain scanning data.
