Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of steel smelting, and particularly relates to high-strength high-wear-resistance alloy tool steel and a smelting method thereof. The steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.70%-0.76% of [C], 1.40%-1.60% of [Si], 0.50%-0.80% of [Mn], 1.00%-1.20% of [Cr], 0.20%-0.26% of [Ni], 0.14%-0.20% of [V], 0.020%-0.040% of [Al], less than or equal to 0.025% of [P], less than or equal to 0.020% of [S] and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The smelting method comprises the steps of converter smelting, LF refining, RH vacuum treatment and bloom continuous casting. Aiming at the final application of the material, optimization design is conducted from the two aspects of components and the smelting process, and the smelted steel is stable in component, uniform in macrostructure and high in cleanliness.
