Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a screening method of reference genes stably expressed in different developmental stages of armyworm louyi and application of the reference genes. The reference genes are alpha-TUB and Actin; the nucleotide sequence of the reference gene alpha-TUB is shown as ID 1, and the nucleotide sequence of the reference gene Actin is shown as ID 2. According to a transcriptome analysis result obtained in a laboratory and reported reference gene information in other lepidoptera insects, nine stable candidate reference genes are screened out, and gene stability evaluation is carried out by utilizing a qRT-PCR technology, GeNorm, BestKeeper, a delta Ct method and NormFinder.
