Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses application of expression of knockout tomato SlZF3 gene in improvement of tomato yield. The nucleotide sequence of the SlZF3 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. A tomato SlZF3 gene knockout vector based on a CRISPR/Cas9 technology is constructed by taking a tomato as a research object, and phenotype identification on two mutant strains finds that the knockout of the gene can cause the increase of the number of tomato fruits and the increase of the yield of a single plant; the invention provides a gene resource for tomato high-yield molecular breeding. 本发明公开了一种敲除番茄SlZF3基因的表达在提高番茄产量中的应用,所述SlZF3基因的核苷酸序列如SEQ ID NO.1所示。本发明以番茄为研究对象,构建了基于CRISPR/Cas9技术的番茄SlZF3基因敲除载体,通过对两个突变株系的表型鉴定,发现该基因的敲除会导致番茄果实的数量以及单株产量提高;该发明为番茄高产分子育种提供基因资源。
