Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a gene segment for preventing and controlling wheat stem rot and application of the gene segment. The sequence of the fusarium pseudograminearum Fp487 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, experiments prove that the gene is a key target gene for preventing and controlling wheat stem rot, and the wheat stem rot caused by the fusarium pseudograminearum can be effectively prevented and controlled by implementing gene silencing on the gene. The sequence of the gene segment for preventing and controlling the wheat stem rot is shown as SEQ ID NO.3. The dsRNA synthesized by taking the gene segment as a target can be used for preventing and controlling the wheat stem rot, and meanwhile, the dsRNA can be efficiently synthesized.
