The sequence of the fusarium pseudograminearum Fp487 gene is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, experiments prove that the gene is a key target gene for preventing and controlling wheat stem rot, and the wheat stem rot caused by the fusarium pseudograminearum can be effectively prevented and controlled by implementing gene silencing on the gene.
