Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-performance wide-processing-window cycloolefin copolymer and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of polymer preparation. The copolymer has a structure as shown in a formula I, x and y are polymerization degrees, 220 < = x < = 750, 30 < = y < = 260, and 0 < = m < = 1; n is the chain length of the monomer, and 0 < = n < = 20. According to the invention, cycloolefin monomers with the structures shown in the formula II and the formula III are subjected to polymerization reaction in the presence of a catalyst to obtain the cycloolefin copolymer with the structure shown in the formula I. The cycloolefin copolymer provided by the invention has good thermal stability, wider processing window and excellent mechanical properties. The polymerization method provided by the invention has great commercial potential and application value, and can widen the wide application of the ring-opening metathesis polymerization technology in synthesis of COP type materials.
