Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for visible light induced intramolecular alkynyl migration of a 1, 4-enyne compound and bifunctionalization of unactivated olefin, and aims to solve the technical problems of harsh reaction conditions and poor regioselectivity in the existing method for direct selective functionalization of unactivated olefin. The method comprises the following steps: adding an eneyne compound, a trifluoromethyl source, a photocatalyst and alkali into a transparent reactor at room temperature, and sealing; replacing air in the reactor with nitrogen to form a nitrogen atmosphere, injecting a solvent, and uniformly mixing; irradiating the reactor with a blue LED lamp for reaction; after the reaction is finished, the solvent is removed through rotary evaporation, separation and purification are carried out through prefabricated silica gel column chromatography, a product of alkynyl migration and olefin bifunctionalization of the eneyne compound is obtained, the structural formula of the compound |
