The embodiment of the invention discloses a glue filling device and a glue filling method between a scintillator and a photodiode of a CT detector module. The glue filling device comprises a bottom plate, a glue filling block and a supporting block, wherein the glue filling block and the supporting block are arranged on the bottom plate; wherein a glue pool and a glue pouring groove are formed in the side, away from the bottom plate, of the glue pouring block, one end of the glue pouring groove communicates with the glue pool, and the other end of the glue pouring groove extends in the direction away from the glue pool; the number of the supporting blocks is two, the sides, away from the bottom plate, of the supporting blocks are provided with protruding blocks higher than the surfaces of the sides, away from the bottom plate, of the glue pouring blocks, supporting grooves are formed in the protruding blocks, and the supporting grooves of the two supporting blocks are oppositely arranged and used for containi
