The invention provides a floor brush assembly and cleaning equipment. The floor brush assembly comprises a shell provided with a containing cavity provided with an opening, a driving structure arranged in the containing cavity and configured to drive a cleaning piece of the floor brush assembly to move so as to clean a to-be-cleaned face, and a heat conduction structure arranged between the driving structure and the shell and configured to conduct heat conduction on the to-be-cleaned face. At least part of the heat conduction structure is in contact with the driving structure, at least part of the heat conduction structure is exposed out of the shell through the opening so as to conduct contact heat dissipation on the driving structure, and the opening is formed in the bottom wall, facing the face to be cleaned, of the shell.
