Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a disinfection device for plant milk powder production. Comprising a first mounting rack, the first mounting rack is provided with a containing bin used for containing plant milk powder, the device further comprises a second mounting rack, and the second mounting rack is provided with an ultraviolet unit used for disinfecting the plant milk powder and a stirring structure used for stirring the plant milk powder. The stirring structure synchronously stirs the plant milk powder when the ultraviolet unit sterilizes the plant milk powder.
