The ink containing metal microparticles contains metal microparticles A in which a polymer B is dispersed, the volume average particle diameter DA of the metal microparticles A is 10-60 nm, the porosity of the cross section of the metal film is 2-30 area%, and the metal content in the metal film is 90 mass% or more.
