The method comprises the following steps: S101, cutting a PI (Polyimide) roll material into sheet materials; s102, a positioning hole is drilled in the PI sheet stock through the tool alignment hole; s103, punching a reinforced shape on the PI sheet material by using a die; s104, punching holes in the PI reinforcements through the tool alignment holes; and S105, a tool is used for alignment and attachment. The method has the beneficial effects that through a series of technological process steps, PI reinforcement fitting deviation can be detected, when a PI reinforcement positioning hole is punched, batch punching is adopted, and for fitting deviation caused by punching deviation due to PI curling, the fool-proof effect can be achieved without a reinforcing sleeve entering a tool in the tool fitting process.
