The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first scene type of a scene covered by the 5G antenna; according to set beam weight configuration information corresponding to the first scene type, the number of sub-beams of the 5G antenna and the weight of each sub-beam corresponding to each set parameter are determined, so that if the first scene type belongs to a non-mixed scene type, the weight of each sub-beam corresponding to the same set parameter is the same, and if the first scene type belongs to a mixed scene type, the weight of each sub-beam corresponding to the same set parameter is the same.
