Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a traffic investigation device and method for road area landscape ecosystem assessment, and the device comprises a U-shaped installation frame, a transparent outer spherical shell, a transparent inner spherical shell, a hollow cylinder connecting piece, a second hollow cylinder, an elastic connecting piece, a frame body assembly, and a camera. Wherein the transparent outer spherical shell is movably arranged in the U-shaped mounting frame, the hollow cylinder connecting piece and the second hollow cylinder are movably inserted into movable openings formed in the centers of the two ends of the transparent outer spherical shell respectively, the two sets of elastic connecting pieces are arranged in the movable openings in the two ends of the transparent outer spherical shell respectively, and the transparent inner spherical shell is movably arranged in the transparent outer spherical shell. The frame body assembly is arranged in an inner cavity of the transparent inner spherical shell, a
