The invention provides a motor monitoring method and device, an air conditioner and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a rotor estimation speed in a current observation period if a motor is in a low-speed operation stage; comparing the estimated speed of the rotor in the current observation period with the initial reference speed of the rotor or the estimated speed of the rotor in the previous observation period, and if the estimated speed of the rotor in the current observation period is matched with the initial reference speed or the estimated speed of the rotor in the previous observation period, starting the current observation period; and taking the rotor estimation speed of the current observation period as the rotor observation speed of the motor in the low-speed operation stage. Therefore, after iterative calculation, the obtained rotor observation speed is more reliable, the rotating speed of the motor can be stably controlled, and the running performance of the motor is
