The method comprises the following steps: acquiring original vehicle charging load data of a to-be-evaluated area; the original vehicle charging load data of the to-be-evaluated area is input to a charging load data interpolation model to obtain repaired vehicle charging load data, and the charging load data interpolation model is obtained based on training of a generative adversarial network comprising a gating circulation unit; and inputting the repaired vehicle charging load data into a charging load data prediction model to obtain target vehicle charging load data.
