The method comprises the steps of obtaining reagent inventory data and temporary inventory data of transfer equipment; determining reagent prediction information according to the reagent inventory data and the temporary inventory data; according to the reagent inventory data, the temporary inventory data and the reagent prediction information, generating warehouse-out plan information of the reagent; and controlling the transfer equipment to execute a warehouse-out plan in response to the warehouse-out plan information.
