Voltage generation circuit

The invention provides a voltage generating circuit. The voltage generating circuit comprises a PMOS (P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) current source module, a resistor string module and an NMOS (N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) current source module, the PMOS current source module provides a first working current for the resistor string module, the NMOS current source module provides a second working current for the resistor string module, and the resistor string module generates a plurality of working voltages according to the flowing first working current and the second working current; when the plurality of working voltages do not meet the target working voltage, the PMOS current source module is also used for providing a first compensation current for the resistor string module according to the first digital control signal, and/or the NMOS current source module is also used for providing a second compensation current for the resistor string module according to the second digital control signal; t
