Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an ignition resistor element and a manufacturing method thereof, the ignition resistor element comprises a substrate, two anti-static layers, an ignition structure and a protective layer, the ignition structure is attached to the upper surface of the substrate through attaching glue, the ignition structure comprises an ignition part and two electrode parts connected to the two opposite ends of the ignition part, and the protective layer is attached to the lower surface of the substrate through attaching glue. The two anti-static layers are arranged on the two opposite sides of the ignition part and the upper surface of the part, between the two electrode parts, of the substrate respectively, and the protection layer covers the ignition part.
