The controller and the human body sensor are both arranged in the machine core, and the controller is electrically connected with the human body sensor and the flushing mechanism. The seat ring state sensor is arranged on the seat ring, is connected with the controller and is used for detecting the position state of the seat ring and feeding back a corresponding position state signal to the controller; the electric heating film device is arranged on the upper surface of the seat ring and is provided with a temperature sensor for detecting the surface temperature of the electric heating film device; and the controller is electrically connected with the electric heating film device and the temperature sensor respectively.
