According to the invention, a G4 integrated PCR strategy of a GII type NoV genome is constructed, the characteristics of single excitation wavelength and double signal output of DAPI and NMM are utilized, a PCR product is detected by adopting a ratio fluorescence detection system, certain sensitivity and specificity are ensured while the cost is reduced, and a new thought is provided for detection of NoV and other food-borne pathogenic microorganisms.
