Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a molecular biology detection technology, in particular to a novel coronavirus multiple isothermal amplification detection kit and method based on a Taqman probe. The kit comprises a detection primer and a detection probe aiming at the novel coronavirus N gene and the human RNaseP gene. According to the invention, structural specific nuclease FEN1 with 5 '-> 3' exonuclease activity, which makes up for deficiency of Bst DNA polymerase, is adopted, and an improved Taqman type probe which takes an isothermal amplification LAMP primer as a sequence and a quenching group is marked inside is introduced, so that fluorescence detection with a dual-target lowest detection limit of 102 copies/[mu] L within 1-2 hours is realized, the system is sensitive and specific, and the detection sensitivity is high. Multiple isothermal amplification detection based on the Taqman type probe is realized, and accurate and rapid real-time field detection is facilitated.
