The preparation method comprises the following steps: carboxylating magnetic mesoporous carbon to obtain N-MMCNs, and coupling antibacterial peptide MDC to the N-MMCNs to obtain the novel colorimetric sensor MDC-coated N-MMCNs. The preparation method is simple to operate, and the prepared MDC-coated N-MMCNs has good detection sensitivity and selectivity on various food-borne pathogenic bacteria, can rapidly detect and remove various food-borne pathogenic bacteria, and has great application potential. 本发明属于生物材料领域,具体涉及一种生物传感器的制备方法和应用。本发明通过将磁性介孔碳羧化获得N-MMCNs,然后将抗菌肽MDC偶联至N-MMCNs,即获得新型比色传感器MDC@N-MMCNs。本制备方法操作简单,制得的MDC@N-MMCNs对多种食源性致病菌具有良好的检测灵敏度和选择性,能够快速检测并清除多种食源性致病菌,具有较大的应用潜力。
