Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a seed culture medium and a fermentation production method of 2 '-fucosyllactose without antibiotics and IPTG (isopropyl-beta-d-thiogalactoside) inducers. The culture medium comprises 10-12 g/L of peptone, 5-16 g/L of yeast extract and 10-12 g/L of sodium chloride, and further comprises one or more of 1-20 g/L of glycerol or 1-10 g/L of glucose, 0.01-0.15 mol/L of phosphate buffer, 10-100 mg/L of acidic amino acid and 0.1-1.0 mg/L of vitamin. The recombinant Escherichia coli is cultured through the culture medium, a recombinant Escherichia coli seed solution which is good in growth state and high in activity can be obtained, and therefore the recombinant Escherichia coli seed solution is used for preparing the recombinant Escherichia coli with glycerol as a carbon source.
