The analysis platform comprises a fluorescence detection device, a chip driving device and a temperature control device which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the output end of the chip driving device is provided with a chip mounting device, the chip mounting device is provided with a PCB ejector plate used for being electrically connected with a chip, and the chip mounting device can move between a preset chip taking and placing position and a preset detection position under the fluorescence detection device under the driving of the chip mounting device; in the temperature control device, a temperature control driving mechanism can drive a temperature control main body to move so as to adjust the temperature of the chip through a temperature adjusting hole in a chip driving device and/or a chip mounting device.
