The fluorine-containing 107 base adhesive is prepared by the following steps: firstly, reacting triphenylmethane triisocyanate with fluorocarbon resin, and then reacting the obtained product with hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, thereby obtaining the fluorine-containing 107 base adhesive. The fluorocarbon resin is solvent type FEVE (Fluorine Ethylene Vinyl Ether) tetrafluoro resin.
