Anti-ASGR1 monoclonal antibody and application thereof

The invention discloses an anti-ASGR1 monoclonal antibody and an application thereof. The present invention further discloses the use of a combination of an ASGR1 inhibitor comprising the anti-ASGR1 monoclonal antibody and a second lipid-lowering drug in reducing the level of total cholesterol and/or triglyceride in blood and/or liver or in treating and/or preventing cardiovascular diseases.
