The invention relates to a vehicle system, a virtual sound generating apparatus and an operating method thereof. The virtual sound generating apparatus includes: a first sensor configured to obtain biological information about an occupant; an output device configured to output a virtual sound; and the processor is electrically connected with the first sensor and the output equipment.
