The invention discloses an anode carbon block vibration forming device which comprises a rack and an extrusion mechanism installed on the rack, an eccentric wheel is rotationally installed at one end of a rack body of the rack, a fixing rod is arranged at the bottom end of the peripheral side of the eccentric wheel, and a fixing plate is hinged to the end, away from the eccentric wheel, of the fixing rod; the rack is further provided with a driving assembly, the driving assembly is used for driving the fixing plate to vertically move in a reciprocating mode, and the surface of the fixing plate is connected with an arc-shaped frame. Through the driving assembly, the eccentric wheel drives the lower die to eccentrically vibrate, and finally vibration of the anode paste in the lower die is achieved, so that the anode paste in the lower die is more compact; and the driven flat rod is enabled to flatly spread the anode paste in the lower die, so that the vibrated anode paste is conveniently and uniformly spread in
