Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a casting blank crystallizer average heat flux density obtaining method, system and device and a medium. The method comprises the steps that a driving mechanism is used for driving a dummy bar to pull a continuous casting blank from the interior of a crystallizer to an outlet of the crystallizer at a preset speed; the continuous casting billet in the crystallizer is divided into a plurality of state areas with different physical states under external cooling; determining the average temperature of each state area according to the historical data and the experimental data; and the average heat flux density is calculated based on the molten steel temperature, the average temperature, the corresponding heat dissipation area, the pouring pulling speed and the mass, the specific heat capacity and the solid-liquid phase line temperature corresponding to all the areas in the casting starting process. Therefore, the reasonable average heat flux density is determined. Therefore, the heat dissip
