The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out ultrasonic dispersion on a proper amount of TiO2 nanobelt powder and a proper amount of absolute ethyl alcohol; adding a proper amount of sodium borohydride solution into the solution subjected to ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging after manual oscillation, and pouring out supernate; after a proper amount of absolute ethyl alcohol is added, an AgNO3 solution is added in time, and then ultrasonic treatment is conducted; and centrifuging the solution after ultrasonic treatment, pouring out the supernatant, drying the precipitate to obtain the Ag/TiO2 composite catalyst, carrying out TEM and XRD characterization analysis on the synthesized catalyst, observing that the main exposed crystal face and the crystal form are not changed, and laying a foundation for further reasonable design of an efficient doped nano-catalyst.
