Method for preparing bicyclohexyl phthalate

The preparation method of dicyclohexyl phthalat (DCHP) is characterized by that in the presence of non-sulfuric acid catalyst or metallic oxide catalyst it uses cyclohexanol mixture to make normal pressure esterification, and after esterification it makes the said material pass through such processes of reduced pressure distillation and dealcoholization, then adds sodium carbonate liquor to make neutralization, then makes the said material pass through such processes of dehydration, washing with water, condensation, crystallization, drying and crushing to obtain the invented product. As compared with other method, it is superior in quality, and can save steam distillation and dealcoholization process.
