Specifically, inter-UE coordination feedback signaling for reliable sidelink communications is described, including signaling of transmitter-based resource allocation and conflicts, prioritization of inter-UE coordination feedback, and timing of inter-UE coordination feedback. Sidelink hybrid acknowledgement request (HARQ) acknowledgement/negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) or NACK-only signaling is prioritized over half-duplex (HD) or common channel collision (CC) feedback indications, and uplink transmissions are prioritized over sidelink transmissions. In response to detecting the collision, the inter-UE coordination feedback is transmitted relative to a time slot in which an HD or CC event occurs or a reserved time slot relative to resources in which a sidelink transmission occurs.
