A phased array radar disclosed by the present invention comprises a heat dissipation frame, and a wave control power supply assembly, a TR assembly and an antenna which are all arranged on the heat dissipation frame, the wave control power supply assembly and/or the TR assembly are all in heat conduction contact with the antenna, and the antenna is in heat conduction contact with the heat dissipation frame. Heat is transmitted through the antenna, the wave control power supply assembly and the TR assembly can be well prevented from being directly transmitted to the heat dissipation frame, and the installation difficulty can be reduced. Meanwhile, due to heat conduction contact, an air guide device can be prevented from being arranged inside, and the overall structure can be better ensured to be compact.
